Blue Fire Legacy is a ministry that comes alongside church bodies, missionaries, pastors, and their families to provide professional care with no cost to clients during times of burnout, personal crisis, or ministry challenges. Where Your Money Goes
We have committed to a no-debt policy, which simply means that no loans will be acquired for the ministry. Therefore, any shortfall discrepancy in amounts budgeted and received, means either that our staff is not paid or that ministry activities are scaled back.
Donations are our sole source of funding and are used to provide lodging and services during intensives for individuals, couples, and families being served, to cover costs associated with ministry travel, and to provide a salary and health insurance for the Henslee's and a second counseling couple.
Financial gifts have permitted us to minister to church bodies, as well as missionaries, pastors and their families around the world - in places like St. Croix, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Cambodia and Brazil as well as across the United States.
Beyond serving ministers in need without fee by continuing to counsel individuals and families, conduct teachings and conferences, and consult with church boards, there are continued plans and a designated fund to develop the Legacy Heights Retreat Center when sufficient finances become available.
Blue Fire Legacy has a policy of using a portion of the funds received to directly support ministers in need with financial gifts. This is how we continue giving God the first fruits of what He has blessed us with as a ministry.
